Comment on the King IV Report
The Institute of Directors (IOD) has published the Draft King IV Report for comment. Deloitte has provided SACCI with their assessment of the impact of the proposals regarding ethical leadership and the governance of ethics, a copy of which is attached for reference. Several other consulting companies have prepared inputs which have been posted on the relevant websites.
The Draft King IV Report explains the governance of ethics as the role of the Board in ensuring that the ethical culture within the organisation is aligned to the tone set by the Board through the implementation of appropriate policies and practices.

ComBigaS kickstarts Danish biogas adventure in South Africa
In April this year, Danish company ComBiGas in cooperation with local Bosch Projects finished building its Bio2Watt project, the biggest biogas plant in South Africa, producing 4.4 MW.

Official visit by HRH the Crown Prince of Denmark
The visit will take place from the 2nd to 4th November 2015 and presents an array of export promotion activities for participating companies. The Standard Program for the participating companies starts on 1 November and finishes on 4 November, and contains seminars, workshops, networking events and site visits that are structured into individual sector programs. Preliminary indications from Danish companies have shown a huge interest for the visit.
Eurochamber of Southern Africa

Danish design and architecture in Cape Town
