Membership applications collect professional contact and organisation details. Business enquiries collect the details required to respond. Newsletter subscriptions record the email, optional name and company, the consent wording version, source and time.

Information is used to review membership interest, respond to enquiries and, where separate consent is given, manage newsletter communications.

NSBA does not present form submissions publicly. Access is restricted to authorised administrators. Final retention periods and service-provider details are awaiting board approval and will be added before launch.

Newsletter consent is voluntary and separate from contacting NSBA. To ask about your information, request a correction, or withdraw consent, email info@nsba.co.za.
